Rifat Hisarc\u0131kl\u0131o\u011flu ile birlikte kat\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011flad\u0131k. Yeni istihdam plan\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc piyasas\u0131nda \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n gerekliliklerine uygun d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmler ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecek ve yeni istihdam modelleri uygulanmaya ba\u015flanacak. Ayn\u0131 zamanda, her hanede en az bir ki\u015finin maa\u015fl\u0131 istihdam edilmesi hedefi do\u011frultusunda yeni istihdam f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 olu\u015fturulacak.
